It was reported last year that over 47,000 qualified teachers were unable to secure a permanent job in the state's school's in Australia. With the UK currently facing a teaching shortage, there doesn't come a better opportunity to teach overseas.
Figures last year showed that almost a third of new teachers who had started jobs in English state schools in 2010 had left within five years.
This is because teachers from across the board are feeling "undervalued" and are failing to keep up with the substantial workload.
The Government has recognised the serious effects the teaching deficiency is having on children's learning, as teachers from creative subjects attempt to accommodate for the numerical and scientific areas of teaching.
Ministers are trying their best to maintain an appealing impression around the profession in the competitive job market, and are calling for support from across the globe.
